At Pawsome Harmony, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our pet products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy.

Return Eligibility


Products that are received faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We are committed to ensuring all products meet the standards of quality and reliability expected by our customers. However, please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible items will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If you prefer an exchange, please contact our customer service team to arrange this.

Return Process

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will email you a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exceptions

During holiday periods (December 24-January 10), we extend our return period to accommodate gift purchases. Special considerations may be made for items that malfunction after the 30-day period. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
